Hi,

My name is  Elene Chui, a local property owner in the local area who had worked with the School of Theology in the past with off campus apartment rental for the student. One of my previous tenants , Blake Fox, who is  a graduate and prior staff of the School, gave me your email as a contact for helping students with housing. I have a 2 family house in Brighton. The rooms are fully furnished and rent out separately. The listing is on the BU off campus website. The address is 94 Nottinghill Rd, Brighton, MA 02135. 

Currently , I have 2 bedrooms for rent in unit #2,  a 4 bedroom duplex apartment with 2 bedrooms and a bath on 2 separate floors. The 2 available rooms are on the same lower floor, sharing one bathroom. The rent is $1150/month each room, not including utilities. All tenants share the utilities. The available move in date will be Sept 1, 2025. The current roommates are both male,  a young lawyer and a BU graduate student.

The first floor apartment in unit #1 is also rented out to 2 graduate students from BC, both are male.
